Distillation columns and its internals
The
above mentioned products are produced in different materials of
construction like CS, LTCS, S.S (300 and 400 series), Cupronickel,
Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Duplex Steel, Inconel, Low Alloy Steel
and many more.
Our Infrastructure:
Pressure
Vessels (India) is a partnership firm established in 1986, situated
in Pune Industrial area (just 140 km from Mumbai) and is well
connected to Mumbai by road and air. Proximity to Mumbai makes Pune
an ideal choice for export to Middle East, South East Asian
countries, Europe, USA and African countries.
Pressure Vessels
(India) has a fabrication shop of 20000 sq. ft area and is well
equipped with modern Rolling/Welding/Machining and handling
facilities. Due to high quality standards, Pressure Vessels (India)
has been approved by almost all international inspection agencies.
Today almost 70% of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers are exported
to countries like U.K, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Thailand,
Taiwan, Korea, Turkey, Singapore, Italy, China, Oman, Syria and
Turkmenistan.
Pressure Vessels (India) is coming up with most
modern fabrication shop in Chakan, 30 Kms from Pune, where we have
planned to take up heavier equipments upto 250 Tons.
We are
keenly interested in supplying quality fabrications to the global
markets.
Our
Facilities:
Rolling
Facility
Pressure Vessels (India) is having double pinch
plate rolls designed to bend medium/big thickness plates. Boiler
Quality Plates of 3000 mm width and 70 mm thickness can be easily
rolled with this machine.
Welding Facility
Pressure
Vessels (India) is equipped with excellent welding facilities which
include GTAW/GMAW/SMAW/SAW and FCAW. All the welding is carried out
as per approved welding procedures using the world's best consumables
and by qualified welders under competent supervision.
Apart
from excellent facilities of SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, pressure Vessels
(India) has excellent Submerged Arc & Column Boom Welding
facility. Pressure Vessels (India) is coming up with the Strip
Cladding Facility very soon. Vessels with 100 mm thickness can be
easily welded with existing facility.
Drilling/Reaming/Grooving
Facility
All the drilling activities are carried on CNC &
four nos. of Radial Drilling Machines which have a capacity to drill
up to 50 mm dia in steel. Tube sheets of various materials of
construction like CS, Stainless Steel, Brass, Cupronickel up to 200
mm thickness can be easily drilled on these machines. Pressure
Vessels (India) can supply Tube Bundles / Heat Exchangers of TEMA
type AES/BKU/ AEP/ AJW / AKT with Tubesheets cladded with
Cupronickel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, Aluminum Bronze, Titanium
etc. In fact Pressure Vessels (India) is emerging as a major supplier
of Tube Bundles required for refineries, fertilizers and
petrochemical industries.
Retubing
Pressure
Vessels (India) has excellent facility to pull out old, leaking or
corroded tubes in old heat exchangers without cutting the tube
sheets. This is achieved with the help of 30 tonne hydraulic tube
pullers.
Inspection Facilities
Reputed
laboratories and industrial services are attached to Pressure Vessels
(India) for carrying out physical and chemical testing of raw
materials and non destructive testing like radiography, ultrasonic
testing, magnetic particle testing, helium leak testing, post weld
heat treatment, sandblasting and painting. Excellent set-up is also
available for sea worthy packing and onwards dispatch to any
destination in the world. Any type of equipment can be shipped on FOB
or CIF basis to any part in the world.
